RULES
  • You must have fun
  • Rules for all events – Contact Annelli Bryant on annelli.bryant@btinternet.com
  • All villages to have 2 stewards or 5 points deducted for each official not attending
  • Joker will be allowed to be played on any event on the 17th throughout the games providing it is played prior to the event taking place and will double that events score (this does not include the bowls as this is a pre-event)
  • A chief judge will be appointed to sort out any disputes or age concerns and decision is final
  • All competitors to live within the village boundaries
  • Age limits must be adhered to i.e. U14 means U13 and up to 364 days not 14 on the day; as well as gender
  • Start at specified time where possible – teams or individuals late will miss that event
  • Minimum of 3 villages per event on original entry forms will ensure that event takes place
  • Competitors must wear villages allocated colour to assist with identification
  • All competitors must stay in allocated lane or will be awarded points for last position
  • Villages using unacceptable language or questioning decisions after the chief judge has decided will be disqualified from that event and score no points
  • Scoring is on the basis that first place = 10, second = 9, third = 8 etc
