Using the web server software we log information (including IP addresses) relating to each file accessed on our server machine. We use this to gather broad demographic information and count the number of visits to the website. EagleMedia uses this non-personal information about visitors to track the URL that the visitor has come from (whether this URL is on the laxfield-village.co.uk website or not), the URL that the visitor goes to next (if that URL is on the laxfield-village.co.uk website), the Internet browser being used, the type of operating system used, the visitor's web server location, and the visitor's IP address.
